Phase 1: Initialization and Self-Bootstrapping

Overview

Phase 1 establishes the core Metacogna Subculture Management (MSM) system by bootstrapping from existing documentation and establishing fundamental alignment between Engineer and Business subcultures. This phase creates the initial reflection loop that will drive all subsequent development.

Objectives

  • Self-Bootstrapping: Extract development tasks directly from existing system documentation
  • Profile Alignment: Establish initial alignment between Engineer and Business subculture perspectives
  • Foundation Data: Generate first versions of TaskModel and GoalModel data structures
  • Trust Baseline: Establish initial trust and collaboration metrics

BMAD Implementation

Build Phase

  • Documentation Parsing: Load and segment initial system documentation into task candidates
  • Confidence Scoring: Assign confidence scores to extracted tasks using language models
  • Data Structure Creation: Initialize core data models (TaskModel, GoalModel, ProfileModel)

Measure Phase

  • Alignment Analysis: Calculate alignment between extracted tasks and defined strategic goals
  • Trust Assessment: Record initial trust and collaboration baselines between subcultures
  • Quality Metrics: Establish baseline metrics for task confidence and goal alignment

Align Phase

  • HITL Feedback: Apply human-in-the-loop feedback to refine low-confidence tasks
  • Profile Balancing: Balance task distribution between Engineer and Business subcultures
  • Cultural Calibration: Adjust initial subculture profiles based on collaboration patterns

Develop Phase

  • Validated Goals: Finalize initial set of validated goals and tasks
  • Foundation Storage: Store mission-level alignment report as foundation for future cycles
  • Process Documentation: Document initial processes and establish templates
